Terms, refunds and privacy
Cobespaze is a digital service of COBANDER Estudio FZ-LLC, a company licensed in the United Arab Emirates to sell this service (RAKEZ Media Licence No. 17006917). Here we explain clearly what you buy, how refunds work and what we do with your data. Please read it before topping up.
Refund policy

At Cobespaze you pay with credits: you top up whenever you want, use them at your own pace and nothing renews by itself. Here is how refunds work, clearly and with no small print.
- If a reel fails or you cancel it, you lose nothing: its credits go back to your balance straight away, without you having to ask.
- If something goes wrong on our side (an odd cut, missing audio or a file that will not open), tell us within 7 days and we will redo it for free or give you back the credits for that reel.
- The credits you buy are yours forever. They never expire, but they cannot be exchanged back for money, whether you have used them or not. Since you get them instantly, when you pay you ask us to start right away and you accept that, as far as the law allows, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
- We give you your money back if you were charged twice or a different amount, if you paid and the credits did not reach your account (and we cannot fix it within 5 business days), or whenever the law requires it.
What does not come with a money refund
Purchased credits (used or not), reels delivered correctly that you no longer like (that is what your free change per reel is for), waiting times, gift credits (welcome, invitations or promotions) and accounts closed for misuse.
We are growing with you
Cobespaze is young and we are investing what we earn in more powerful servers. So when many people use it at once, your reel may take a little longer than usual. That is not a fault, so it does not lead to a money refund, but if you do not have it within 48 hours you can cancel it from your panel and get the credit back instantly.
If something is not right, talk to us first
Write to us before going to your bank: almost everything is solved within 2 business days. If you still open a claim for credits you already received, we will share with your bank the record of your purchase, your acceptance of these conditions and the use of the credits, and we may pause the account while it is reviewed.
How to ask for a refund
If you are in one of the cases above, write to us from your panel in Account → Complaints and suggestions (choose "Refund" and add the invoice number) or at admin@cobanderstudios.com. We reply within 2 business days. If the refund applies, we send it through Ziina to the same payment method (it takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank) and you will see the credit note in your panel.
If you bought before 18 October 2026
Your earlier top-ups keep the policy that was in place when you bought them. We never change the rules backwards.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit the rights you have under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations (Cabinet Resolution No. 66 of 2023). If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may also contact the consumer protection services of the UAE Ministry of Economy.

1. Who we are
Cobespaze is a brand and digital service of COBANDER Estudio FZ-LLC, Free Zone Limited Liability Company, licensed by the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority (RAKEZ), Media Licence No. 17006917 (Advertising & Communication Agency), registered for Corporate Tax (TRN 105367915300001). 2. The service
Cobespaze is an online platform that uses artificial intelligence to edit and create video content: quick reels, clips from long videos, YouTube edits and video ads. It is a tool in active development: we add features and improve quality every week, and the live status page shows what is available today, with which technology and how long each job takes. Times are real estimates, not guarantees. Our goal is to become the easiest way to make the work of creators and businesses more efficient.
3. Your account
You sign in with your email through a single-use link. You must be at least 18 years old or act with the authorisation of your company. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. One account per person or business.
4. Credits and prices
Payment is by prepaid credits: no subscription, no recurring charges and no commitment. Credits never expire, are not transferable, have no cash value and, once purchased, are not refundable in money except in the cases listed in the refund policy. Each service shows its cost before you start it (for example, 1 reel up to 90 seconds = 1 credit, and 2 credits up to 3 minutes). Prices are shown in USD, EUR and AED before paying; taxes are not included and we do not currently charge VAT. New accounts get 3 free welcome credits (3 reels), without a watermark. Each reel includes 1 free change; further changes use 0.5 credits each. AI extras show their cost on the button before you use them (AI script idea or results analysis: 0.5 credits each, charged only if they are delivered). Publishing to your networks and downloading are free.
5. Payments, invoices and expense tracking
Payments are processed by Ziina, a payment provider in the United Arab Emirates; Cobespaze never sees or stores card details. Every top-up generates an electronic invoice that you can view and download as PDF in the Invoices section of your panel, together with an expense tracker (by day, week, month or year, exportable to CSV) so you can follow your spending and keep your accounts.
6. Your content
You keep all rights over the videos, photos and texts you upload and over the results we deliver. You give us a limited permission to process them only to provide the service. You confirm that you own that material or have permission to use it, including the image of the people who appear in it. You can delete your jobs and files at any time from your panel.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Cobespaze for illegal content, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, content that violates the rights or privacy of others, misleading advertising, or to attack or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, after notice when possible.
8. Quality and responsibility
We work so that every delivery is correct; if it is not because of an error on our side, we redo it or return its credits as the refund policy explains. Cobespaze is in active development: processing times are approximate, depend on demand and are not guaranteed. Check every result before publishing it: you are responsible for what you publish. Except where the law does not allow it, our total liability is limited to what you have paid in the last three months.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We will publish the new version here with its date and, if the change is important, we will tell you by email. Price changes never affect credits you have already bought.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, including the consumer protection law and Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on commerce through modern technological means. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
11. Direct channel for complaints and suggestions
We want to hear you. In your panel, under Account → Complaints and suggestions, you can send a complaint, a suggestion or a refund request directly to our team; you can also write to admin@cobanderstudios.com. We reply within 2 business days, and many of the improvements you see come from these messages.

Who is responsible
COBANDER Estudio FZ-LLC (details above) is responsible for your personal data, in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
What data we use
Your email; optionally your name and business details; the videos, photos and audio you upload, their transcripts and the texts we generate; your top-ups and invoices (never card data); and one technical session cookie so that you stay signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
What for
To provide the service and deliver your results, to issue your invoices, to send you access links and "your video is ready" notices, to answer your messages and to improve the quality of the service. We do not sell your data or use your content for advertising.
Who helps us
Google (Gemini API, artificial intelligence for transcription and texts), Oracle Cloud (server), Resend (email) and Ziina (payments). When we switch on new tools (such as Higgsfield for video or ElevenLabs for voice), we will add them here. While we use the free tier of the Gemini API, Google may use the content sent to it to improve its products, under its own terms; we will tell you when we move to a tier without that use.
How long we keep it
Your files and results while your account is active, until you delete them. Invoices and payment records for the period required by UAE tax law (7 years).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your data, or close your account, through the complaints and suggestions channel or at admin@cobanderstudios.com. We will answer within the time required by law.
Security
All connections use HTTPS, access to the server is restricted, and each file can only be opened from its owner's account.
Connected social accounts (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
Connecting an account is optional. You do it with each network's official login: we never see or store your password. We only receive a permission (token) that we keep encrypted, and we use it for two things you ask for: publishing your reels (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok drafts) and reading basic data about your profile and posts (username, picture, captions, views, likes and comments) to suggest script ideas that fit what works for you.
We never post anything without you pressing «Post», we do not read your private messages, we do not follow, like or comment on your behalf, and we do not sell or share this data with anyone. Google, Meta and TikTok data is used only to provide these features, in line with each platform's policies (including the Google API Services User Data Policy, Limited Use requirements).
You can disconnect an account at any time from your panel (Account → Connected accounts) or from the network itself: we delete the permission and the summary of your posts straight away. To ask us to delete all your data, write to admin@cobanderstudios.com.
